Essel World & Junk Food !

Well went to Essel World last weekend. Essel World is a place full of fun but when it comes to Food, its too Confusing. Confusing because there is so much variety of cuisine to choose from Chinese, Punjabi, Mumbai Specials, etc. This includes Food outlets like Southern Treat, Taipan, Domino's, Ohh MUMBAI, Happy Singh da Dhaba, PETU's, etc.

So before choosing where to eat, decide what to eat. I wanted to eat Pav- Bhaji so went to Ohh MUMBAI. Pav- Bhaji is also available at PETU's . The quality, quantity and cost of Pav- Bhaji is almost same at both the outlets but one gets more option at Ohh MUMBAI than at PETU's. And if you enjoy your food in open space then PETU's is your Choice. So at Ohh MUMBAI i ordered Pav-Bhaji. The Quantity was below normal as compared to other places outside but thats expected. Around 1 and half big spoons of Bhaji, 2 Pavs, some chopped onions and a slice of lemon, thats comprises of one plate PAV-BHAJI at Ohh MUMBAI. The Taste was not that good but not that bad either. It was totally edible but certainly not worth
` 55/-. 300ml of any cold drink costs ` 30/- instead buy a 600 ml of Maaza at just ` 40/-.
My friends ordered various other stuff like Chole Bature, Tawa Pulav, Panner Mysore Dosa, etc. Chole Bature were simple and very nice to eat. Tawa Pulav was the best dish for the day, brilliant taste and quantity was enough to fulfill someone's big appetite(Like mine). Please don't try the Panner Mysore Dosa at Ohh Mumbai. It was completely tasteless and panner was neither visible nor its taste had any impact. So all in all it was a Mixed Experience at Ohh MUMBAI.
I would give the following ratings to OHH MUMBAI (out of 5)-
TASTE- 3.5
HYGIENE- 4
COST-3.5
RECOMMENDATION- 3.
